Sneha Rathore is currently serving as the HR Coordinator for SEB Administrative Services Inc. She is responsible for representing the Company's HR Department and supporting the organization. Ms. Rathore is also responsible for the implementation and administration of HR Development Initiatives, which includes executing and monitoring all respective internal controls and ensuring efficient/effective activities that support organizational objectives, while adhering to applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Prior to that, Ms. Rathore was working as an Executive Administrator at SEB Inc. She has a diverse working experience as an HR Manager, Finance Executive and Business Manager at different companies in her hometown of Mumbai.
Ms. Rathore was born in India. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from Symbiosis (University), Pune, India. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from SNDT, Mumbai University, India, and is also professionally qualified as a Company Secretary from The Institute of Companies Secretaries of India.
