Larry Penn has held various leadership positions at several Outsourcing organizations such as Morneau Shepell, Aon Hewitt and SEB Administrative Services since 2004. He implemented his first Flexible Benefit plan in 1998 and he has continued to build his reputation by providing cost effective and efficient solutions for his clients.
Larry’s career began in the insurance industry, working for large industry leading firms and subsequently led him into the Outsourcing arena where Larry has been able to draw upon his deep experience and past successes to continue to deliver innovative and unequaled business solutions as a consistent best practice.
Larry is passionate about working with clients who share his mutual objective of providing a premium employee experience and who want a collaborative working relationship. Larry’s overall style and leadership are so engaging, he can only be viewed as an extension of his client’s own team.
