Mohamad El Chayah currently serves as the President, CEO of SEB Administrative Services Inc. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction for the Benefits Division, and actively manages operations and business development activities, including strategic sales initiatives and joint ventures. 

Prior to this, Mr. El Chayah held various leadership positions at several High-Tech and Business Services Companies. He has extensive, experience building, growing and transforming strong sales and delivery teams in organizations such as Atos Origin, Hewlett-Packard and Aon Hewitt. Mr. El Chayah has consistently maximized revenue, increased operational effectiveness and improved profitability. A seasoned international executive, he is widely recognized within the international business community for successfully transforming and growing businesses in mature, developed and emerging markets. 

Mr. El Chayah was born in Lebanon. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus.
