Lynda Galama currently serves as VP, Implementation & Project Management of SEB Administrative Services Inc. She is responsible for complex client health benefits implementations and integrations.
Ms. Galama has over 25 years in the Canadian Healthcare industry. She has managed client relationships and completed projects across Canada and in Brazil. Ms. Galama has extensive expertise in process review, mapping, analysis, designing and implementing process improvement solutions. Ms. Galama's responsibilities included project management, implementation planning, training and managing IT requirements. She has completed projects in over 100 Canadian healthcare environments. These projects included lean automation platforms and lean culture change management.
Ms. Galama has a strong technical background and holds a bachelor's degree in Health Administration, a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Lean Leaders Certification and Prince II Certification in Project Management.
