Meaghan Cole currently serves as the VP, Product Management & Solutions of SEB Administrative Services Inc.. She is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the complete suite of FlexPlus solutions as well as the ongoing collaboration with our various partners in the market.

Meaghan has spent over 15 years leading teams across the globe, to deliver superior HR solutions that focus on our clients complete business processing needs while also accomplishing the ultimate employee experience.

She has consistently delivered business results through partnerships with clients, market partners, as well as with internal SEB teams and leadership to define the best solutions for the market that are efficient, intuitive and cost-effective.

Outside of work, Meaghan loves spending time with her family, practicing yoga and baking!
